The little beach resort of Solenzara is ideally located for you to easily tour the entire region of South Corsica as well as a good part of the North of the island. Our region is renowned for its immediate proximity to the sea and the mountains as well as its sandy beaches with transparent waters and emerald-coloured rivers. The little bay of Canella in the South of Solenzara is not very deep so it’s ideal for children, and offers bathers and walkers a lovely white sandy beach caressed by the ebb and flow of the sea, reminiscent of the ocean. Solenzara beach, near the marina, and Scaffa Rossa beach have deck-chairs and are bordered with eucalyptus tree invite indolence. The beach-front restaurant "La Voile Rouge" where you can sample tasty dishes, also offers numerous activities; beach volleyball, sea kayaking, inflatable boats, pedalos and evening shows.
The farm inn "A Pinzutella" located on the road in the direction of the massif of Bavella invites you to sample diverse Corsican specialities; cabri (young goat), gnocchi de brocciu (stuffed beetroot gnocchi with fresh and dried tomato slices and olive oil), pancetta in flaky pastry, wild boar in sauce, sweet chestnut fondant...
